Regions bank Champions Forest and 99....Went in this morning to see how the customer service was. Thinking about opening a money market account. Asked to change a 100.00 bill for me. They said do you have an account I said not yet. She said we cant do that, we don't have a cash drawer for non customers. I said you have to be kidding I just need change. NOPE! Their loss! And as I was walking out because I said your loss, the tellers started laughing. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
