I've banked with Bank of America since my first job big kid job in 2001. I have been attempting to open a new business account for 3 weeks but online services has issues with verification. (But somehow verified me for a new credit card I've already received) Reduced hours and closed branches have made in person banking challenging for those that work 8-5. I arrived this morning (Saturday) when the bank opened to discover (after waiting for 15 min) I have to make an appointment during the week to even set up a bank account that I've already applied for and they've sent me a credit card for. Now I get to go through the challenge of canceling the card and take the hit on my credit report. I will be transferring all my personal and business accounts from Bank of America.

Take your money some where else. Bank of America is not here for you. Ive banked here 20 years and theyve never helped with any financial needs. Only screwed me harder. Wells Fargo has been good to me over the past few years. Ive finally started banking with them. Im closing my account with BOA this week.
