Best pool cleaning company ever. The owners and all staff members are so amazing! All pool guys are just so amazing at their job and so respectful and professional. Aaron is a genius with how much he knows about pool equipment! You guys are awesome thank you so much.

I have had 3 poor customer service experiences there with the same employee. The first was shortly after the store opened. I had a valid coupon that I forgot at home and asked him to honor it. The employee would not honor it but the owner did give me a store credit on my next visit. The 2nd time I tried to purchase 4 gallons of acid as I often use 1 gallon/week. I was told the store was rationing acid. I told him that I was only buying 1 month's supply at a time. It wasn't like I was buying 16 gallons. He told me to come back each day & I could buy one. The last bad experience happened when I mistakenly saw that the store closed at 7 but it closes at 6 (winter hours). The lights were on & I entered the store at 6:02. The employee & owner were BS'ing at the back of the store. The employee tells me they're closed but he can't take a minute to let me exchange 2 cans of chlorine that I had in hand? Even if the register was closed which I doubt was the case, he couldve given me the option to leave cash.
