My wife and I purchased a house a few months back with a pool. Not know much about I went here for info. One employee set me up for a "pool school" thinking it would be and it was only a 100 bucks, why not. The techician came out, gave me all the information I needed, changed me 150 bucks... and pointed out that I have leaking seals on the pump. He said he could put in the work order and it could be repaired in a week or so. Over two months I've "0" calls, I've been to this location a few weeks ago ask if this work can scheduled? The person working didn't have a clue about what I was telling, and asking. Still no call, or follow up from Leslie's.

Don't bother calling the store apparently they have better things to do. First time after waiting near 2 min to ask a question I get hung up on they didn't even bother answering the phone the 2 subsequent call. How are ya'll in buisness.
