The experience here at this Kay Jewelers was second to none. We were helped by Tabbatha and she made the experience feel truly special! She helped me and my fianc design a custom ring over the course of several months. She was always available to help with any questions or concerns either in person or on the phone. She helped us create the ring of my now wife's dreams for the best possible price. Every time we went to the store she greeted us with a smile and was excited to work with us. By the end of the experience, she felt more like a friend than anything! Tabbatha is truly one-of-a-kind and deserves praise on all fronts. She made creating a ring go from a simple transaction to an experience we will never forget!

I've had a ring resized here before, it was a wonderful experience, and only $100. I went in again to resize some more rings that I inherited, and the helper was so snooty and rude. Then, each ring was almost $200 to resize each, and she basically told us they didn't want to do it and to go somewhere else, but if I really wanted them to, they would do it. Hell no, I'm not spending our hard earned money on a place that treats us like that. She also told us they couldn't fix one that was broken. Well, we ended up going to a different jeweler in the quarry, and they're much cheaper AND they can fix the broken ring. They were also so helpful and kind. I'd much rather spend our money there. So thanks for telling us to leave, I guess!

Tabitha was a great sales person and she will be our person to deal with from here on out. Being our first levian show was a great experience. I highly recommend this Kay's and Tabitha for any of your jewelry needs.
