Courtney at Kays in temple is the best. She worked so patiently with me when I was having trouble with a ring and band. She did whatever it took to get the job done correctly. I am so grateful and now satisfied with my wedding set. Thank you so much!!!

After looking up Kays policy and doing some research My family and I went into this store in Temple to get my daughters ears pierced. The manager, Courtney along with an associate named MaKayla gave us nothing but rudeness and made us all feel very uncomfortable about the entire situation. They both were very rude about giving their personal opinions about piercing infants instead of providing us customer service. We wanted to buy the over $200 real Diamond earrings for our baby and had been so excited to do so. Instead we left without doing so due to their rudeness and horrible customer service. I am also contacting corporate. Kays will not get any business from myself or my family. This was highly uncalled for and not policy.
