This bank is horrible on the wait time, been here an hour and still cannot get a Spanish representative for our relative. Spoke with another representative to tell her I could do the translating all she informed me was we just stepped out of a meeting, we will have a representative with you shorty. Goes to the next customer.

Wish I could give no stars, they truly deserve nothing. We have our home through them and every single month they call me and my husband saying there is something wrong with our payment. Between them forgetting to run the payment to it getting sent back. It is ridiculous. Please avoid using them at all cost! I hate that we are stuck with them. Go somewhere else. And they lie. They called me and told me my husband had been avoiding their calls for months. Which wasnt true, I was with him when he called them several times! Dont trust them with any of your loans.

Whats up...just deposited some money and now...nothing....what's going on....and I deposited cash....there should be no holds on cash....explain this one and please don't give a general answer....
