Everyone has their own favorite financial institutions. They are community driven and these art shows are just an example of their commitment. Thanks Credit Human for showcasing local talent. Curated by Rex Hausmann; the artists are all from Hausmann Millworks Studios. Met artist Joy, what a pleasure! (Pic 2) we had a great conversation about loving colors, her art reflected that. Loved.

Fraudulent loans given out without verification. Smh. Total trash. Garbage may be a compliment for this bank. You gave identity thiefs $9000 in our name without any verification via credit scores. Wow just wow. When we called to see what was going on, as we dont even have a bank account with you or even live in the same city, your garbage employee super rude and unprofessional was absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing. I pray no one banks with you. I pray you get shut down for being so liberal with peoples private info and money.

SACU aka Credit Human should be renamed Credit In-Human. I stopped by and was waiting to inquire about opening an account when I watched an elderly lady, I assume was in here late 70's or early 80's, trying to get help at the counter after having stood in line for 45 minutes, along with myself. Once at the counter she requested to withdraw money. However, according to the male customer service agent at the counter, her license had just expired a few days before and for that reason he would not release any funds to her. What I find pathetic is, whether or not the date printed on her license had already passed, the elderly lady was the same customer and obviously with the same name and address, including the same person, who originally opened the account and made the deposits. What was not disputed by the agent is that her driver's license was issued by the State Of Texas and was not a forgery. His single issue was the date, not her face, not her living address. As I watched, I also noticed that instead of redirecting or connecting this client with an account representative sitting at a nearby desk, what the agent did was call over a tall security guard and a manager, then all three returned back to face her down. So, again the rep faces their client and says that they cannot release any funds to her because the date has already passed on her license. There was no compassion, no offers to resolve the issue logically, no alternative options suggested. To cut the story short, the lady looked over and saw the agent who originally helped her open her account some 20 years ago and called her by name, and said "[****]...you know who I am. You helped me open the account. Am I not the same person as shown on the driver's license?" With that said, the agent sitting at the desk simply replied that she was sorry but without a valid license they would not release any funds to her. End of story. Next! So, from seeing how they treat their existing clients, of whom they rely on to have a job, this bank and these people are not the kind of company I want holding my money nor would I recommend. With the technology we have available today to identify people, this bank couldn't or wouldn't take the extra effort to show that customer's are human beings and not simply numbers. By the way, if you work for this bank, don't bother writing a response in order to defend this behavior. I wasn't the lady who was treated badly. Go take care of your client.
