1st- car pymt put into the savings loan acct and got a letter stating i missed my pymt 2nd- paid my car pymt with my debit card and got charged fees of whichbi was never informed til i saw them on my stmt 3rd- signed up for car pymt to be withdrawn from my bank to theirs and they did and error on my acct # which i cuz me to get ATM fees from my bank & theirs Can't wait to pay off my car ao that i won't have to do business with them ever!!!

I love that as I walked in they noticed me right away and they help me so fast I have never been helped so fast in my life I didn't even get to sit down and wait to be called she was so professional at the same time friendly and caring it's been a long time I have not seen professionally like this friendly and smart I really enjoyed it
