Why have shelves for pickup orders if your employees won't use them consistently? Just sat and waited for 10 min while my food got cold behind the counter.

I haven't eaten at Potbelly in years and I see why my sandwich barely had any meat on it and had no taste I would have done better making it myself.

This place is run down, dirty and 100% unappetizing. I was nauseous by the time my sandwich was made. I gave it back.

The owner here is amazing. Food is great and she remembers her regulars.
