        The worst customer service experience by Raymund. Its unfortunate because I use to drive several miles - from Allen - because it use to have more of a small neighborhood feel. No more. I called the store asking for help with a grocery bag left behind an hour before. Raymund has no sense of customer service and somehow manages to turn an already frustrating situation into an even more frustrating experience due to his cocky and manipulative behavior. He knows hell get away with it, too, because I saw him smirk right in front of his manager. Manger whispered she would handle it. Yeah sure! To busy serving the staff cupcakes for March madness. What happened to customer service people ?
