        I was promised they would stay 2 hours late due to my delayed flight but they lied and now I'm stuck without a car. Arrived with 30 + minutes to spare and nothing. Even their customer service line said they should've been there. Absolutely disappointing. Edit: I contacted the email address they left below and have just gotten blown off. Only response was "we'll look into this for the future." No offer to cover my additional costs or anything.

        Apparently a reservation is just a suggestion on Nationals part. I arrived early and they turned me away then when I came back I had to wait 45-minutes to get a car. This is outside of the 20-minute wait I had in line at the counter. Worst customer service Ive ever received and what makes it even more intolerable is the two attendants at the counter had zero empathy.
