VAN Rental Midland - CARNGO

Is there a 0 stars? My trip was pre booked reservation pre made everything going great. Till I get there. Then they ask for a utility bill? WTH! 1st off I don't carry those in my pocket to rent a car on a business trip. 2 off I had no idea pre walk up, as this has never been the case ever before in Stephenville Mineral Wells or Granbury where we usually do or rental. 3rd off I live here in Midland in company provide housing as part of my pay and compensation package, therefore I have no rental agreement AND no utilities. This has been a normal practice in Midland Odessa area for years. And is common knowledge within the oilfield work force. 4th off even the manager from the Stephenville office tryed to explain and verify with the local Midland people. To no avail mind you. Basically the response and attitude was " our rules next in line please! We don't need your business with extrodinary circumstances, as we have people willing to comply with our standard model" So I was unable to rent the vehicle. Which threw my trip behind schedule and forced me to spend an unplanned 750 in travel expenses! Bad taste. That's an understatement. Guaranteed I'll never grace their doors again. Sorry boys y'all lost a regular customer! I know it won't hurt ya one bit, but like you frankly I don't give a damn

Very mediocre cars and service. Usually don’t have a car available when you actually need it. Been turned away several times.

Natalie was great help on the phone and helped me when I got there. Which got me in and our really quick.
