We have had nothing but negative experiences at this bank all because of this one branch manager! She does not have enough knowledge, nor the correct attitude to manage one person much less a bank branch. I mean this girl is absolutely rude and nasty and will give you the wrong sigh and then say something disrespectful. Look it all in one star reviews and it is all because of this manager. The girls at the window have been very kind to us but when we have a problem weve had to go to the manager and its horrific. Please listen to customers and get a new manager in here, we have a serious, serious issue with her, but it is just too long to put on here as part of the review. Please just find a new branch!!!

This location is the worst in customer service and on the top they make lies just so they dont have to help anyone with their questions. Please provide these employees with proper training how to talk to customers who have their savings and business accounts with chase thanks

When you call the bank, they should be answering the phone not automated
