        Normally a fan of Independent, however this branch is a disgrace to the system. Rude employees with unprofessional habits with their friends kid and her kids screaming behind the counter. Most unprofessional bank Ive ever been to. This branch needs to get their act together. And this employee needs to be trained in professionalism!

        I have banked here since they built the building years ago. Very, very nice people. Please know it takes more than 2 weeks to receive a replacement debit card which is extremely inconvenient and down right ridiculous. Otherwise it's a great bank.

        The people that work at this location are always nice. Their ATM is the worst, though. Half the time I go there the ATM doesnt even exist. It just isnt there. When it is there it doesnt work.
