Chase Bank

I was in a suit and tie in their location and everyone was super friendly, the gentlemen from the offices in suits all that walked by said hello, but then I came in my work clothes and boots and the reaction was completely different. Two guys in suits walked by and not even looked at me, almost like I wasn't there. Sad but true.

I was help by Monica when i used this bank the team there was as nice and helpful they sqeezed me after a hour drive. The banks now have make you have appointments every where now. So I'm not use to that but this team did work me in and helped me get what I needed. Monica was very out going so cool and you couldn't tell she wasn't from here I'm. GLAD she made this her home too because friendly service with a smile and all accepts of banking on point she fits right in here in my home town. She went beyond what I expected on my visit I would recommend this bank any time to anyone!. What a wonderful bank and people thank you much Monica you make me smile sweet ladyxo and focus on my goals this yea.

I went to this branch to cash a cashiers check I received from Chase and was told that the check could not be found in the system so they couldn't cash it. They advised to go to the bank that I am banking with and have them cash it or deposit it into my account. I went to the Chase branch off Bryant Irvin and they immediately cashed it with no issues. Idk if it was because of my race or what but the treatment I received was unfair.

There's too much traffic around this location & it makes it very hard to get in & out of. I wish they would put their ATMs in other businesses like when they had them in Walgreens. Their banks are usually in very busy places & I'm disabled & I don't like trying to navigate in & out of them.

Really amazing customer service! Ms Monica was such a joy to work with; she answered all my questions, was very professional, and a delight to talk with. Most definitely will continue with chase.
