The front counter woman was beyond rude, there was a $50 deposit and she asked me for a $100 deposit which is more than the room itself, rooms are not as pictured, there is roaches in the rooms, in an unsafe location, non refundable reservations/cancellation when guest isnt satisfied. they are by far the worst. (breakfast was what you would expect).

- roaches (rumored)
- paint missing off walls, really beat up furniture
- wall boogers in bathroom
- no power outlet next to bed to recharge phone
- very leaky sink, difficult to operate shower
-pool always out of order
-rude/ no customer service
-bed made of tin cans
Safety: People were running around all hours .
No dead bolts
Noteworthy details: Would never stay here again I need a refund immediately. Such poor service.

I'm giving them 5 stars across the board for the total presentation of the property. It's not a 5 star Marriot, but it's at the top of its class for it's rating.
Not a piece of trash to be found outside, property is about 5 acres so that takes some effort.
Very well maintained for what it is, roof, parking lot, and exterior, all top top.
Rooms were comfortable, clean, and somewhat modern. A bit of chipped paint behind some of the furniture, could use a few more wall outlets for chargers and laptops.
Breakfast was so so, no eggs, but decent potatoes and biscuits. You'll need to nuke the sausage for a few minutes to get the grease out. Real orange juice.
