      image Booked a rental weeks in advance for a large vehicle the DAY OF our family vacation a representative called a couple of hours before pick up time and informed us that they couldnt find us a car.! We have a family of 8 with small children. The only thing they could offer was a downsized vehicle which DID NOT accommodate our family needs.! We ended up having to purchase 2 vehicles with no remorse or discount for their mistake.! The staff didnt even try to make it right although we reserved WEEKS in advance for this trip, knowing that rental cars are not available day of vacation in our area, reasons why we couldnt go elsewhere b/c none were available.!
