        They put a $264.37 fuel charge on my bill when vehicle was turned in full. Even the turn in document stated that fact. When I called about the issue, they wanted me to prove that I fueled the vehicle. Poor business practice and I plan to never rent from Avis again.

        Using Avis from Lubbock to San Antonio was a great experience. It was easy to book the car online, pick-up and drop-off went very smoothly. The Avis representatives at the desk and outside at the pick-up and drop-off were all very friendly, attentive and professional.

        Customer service was horrible, got charged nesrly 2.5 days of extra rental for being 30 min late. Called customer service amd was hung up on. I will be making a complaint and my family member whos rented from you every week for the last 6 years is now moving else where.
