Fidelity Investments

I drove out of my way to come to this location because of the great customer service I received over the phone. I was told by someone that I could just come to the location and someone would assist me with opening an investment account. However, when I arrived, I sat and waited for a while and watched 4 customers, (some who arrived after I did) be assisted. Once the last person was assisted, I was told that, suddenly, they were short staffed and I was directed to open an account online. I needed to open an account in person because there were some documents I needed signed, otherwise I would have opened an account online. I was the only person of color there, so this type of treatment does not surprise me, but I did expect more from Fidelity, especially from the customer service I received over the phone. Ill just take my business somewhere where everyone is treated equally.

The folks are stellar at fidelity so grateful !!! Thanks a bunch !! Mr Christian helped to direct me to Chris who helped set up my business act at fidelity !! That was truly interesting I had only used fidelity for my personnel investing for the past 25 years I look forward to a long business relationship with them as well . I was looking for a way to get a return on the money my business holds Christian is very welcoming and offered me coffee and cookies while I waited !! Fidelity has a wonderful location I highly recommend them

After no success at the Cinco Ranch location in Katy, I decided to make another appointment at the Lantern Lane office. And Im glad I did because Tom Kelley was able to explain all my investment questions so we could get started today! Pro tip- make an appointment with an advisor ( I recommend Tom Kelley).
