Fidelity Investments

We visited this Fidelity Investment office recently with very good outcomes and takeaways. Colin assisted and consulted with us. All other Fidelity representatives that were in the office were also very friendly and helpful. A nice, clean welcome area in the office with drinks and coffee available. Parking in the West 7th area of Fort Worth can be a bit tricky. After we had already parked on the curb / street we realized that we could have obtained free parking in the adjacent parking garage. Would have been nice to know about the parking in advance. Overall a great experience .

This post is about Fidelity overall not this office in trying to access funds for my account. Having given complete proof this is still taken several months and the Fidelity representative doesn't even get back to me by phone after days. Fidelity thinks that your gas bill is the best proof of citizenship and identity. imagine your gas bill! not your birth certificate, not your social security number, not your photo ID, not your auto registration title or insurance card. Not a medallion guarantee from your existing brokerage firm. Your gas bill or electric bill! Funds that lawfully belong to me are being hidden in a Fidelity account that cannot be accessed or traded or have stop-losses put on to protect existing positions because of corporate policy Fidelity is blocking access because of policy?
