Took my car for renewal but the rep simply closed my rental just b/c I had a free upgrade and he wont let me rent the same car. So ridiculous. Had no issues at all elsewhere. Im PREFERRED PLUS btw and he doesnt even care

I love this particular location so much because I receive consistent service no matter which gentleman helps me when picking up and dropping off my rentals. The cars and SUVs are amazing and dependable. I use them mostly to travel to visit my children and grandchildren who are all spread out in Texas and safety and dependability are very important for me at my age. The process from booking the rental to picking it up and dropping off is seamless. Great job. I will return.

It looks like most of the reviews are from the customers who had some bad experience here. I was travelling for a short visit to Houston and based on the reviews , my first choice was not this rather their competitor a mile away. It happened that the other rental shop did not open their office even 30 minutes after their scheduled opening hours, i came here . My total experience with this rental was awesome. Service desk person was polite and patient in answering my questions . The car was brand new and the provision to extend the rental duration was seamless.
