Alamo Rent A Car

Have rented a lot of cars over the years; This Alaome IAH rental was a remarkably smooth process, and some very nice folk at both pick up and drop off. In addition, we had to hit a few tolls (in a rush and could not avoid). Alamo IAH simply took the tolls off our card, without a processing charge. That alone shows the difference between great customer service and squeezing the customer with tons of admin fees (looking at you, airlines). Thank you Alamo IAH for a great experience!

Alamo rent a car in Houston International was easy! The bus driver loaded luggage like a pro (tip this person: they work hard!), the checkout was easy and they notated the scratch already on the front. Im glad I picked the gas option it was definitely cheaper than if I filled the tank. The mini van fit myself and my friends and all their luggage nicely. 4people and 6 big bags. I did wish there was a magnet or a cell phone holder because the GPS wasnt working on the car. I had to use my phone and the freeways in Texas are crazy! I did miss my turn a few times but you just go around the block. The van had a Lotta get up and go. I was pleasantly surprised and I liked all the safety features. The car return was easy as well and I wasnt sure about the toll roads as I didnt see it in the paperwork or discussed at any time prior, so I wasnt sure if there was going to be a big fat financial surprise there or what. It wasnt too bad about $30 For one week, I would definitely use Alamo rental car again

We picked up our rental car in Houston and were helped by Trae and Maylay. Our experience was wonderful. They went above and beyond and customer service was on point.

Everything was great until car return. Agent scanned the windshield, then told me "I can't give you receipt right now, we will have to e-mail it to you". The receipt finally came over when I was at my connecting flight. Alamo has charged me for a full tank of gas, almost $60, even though I returned the tank over filled. 480 miles to empty. I have reached out to Alamo customer service without a response at all. Car returned 2/16 at 7AM. EDIT: Thank you for your reply Chris. I have sent them an e-mail. Appreciate your help very much. 2nd EDIT: Refund issued today for my issue. Thank you for your help Chris.

I Was Very Mad Avis Was Rude And Thought Alamo Was Closed Due To Me Landing At Midnight At The George Bush Airport In Houston Texas . All Of My Troubles Were Fixed Due To Caden S . He put me In A Rental Car With No Problem Quick & Easy process & was very kind . Caden Saved The TRIP & Day Thank You Again Caden S.
