        I was nervous about this place and I never did get an email confirmation but once I called credit card company I was able to get a number. I wasn't sure they were even legit. But I always like paying with American express because they deal with these kinds of issues and are very helpful. The rental place in Houston was poorly marked but once I got help finding them, they were very friendly and very helpful. I'm still renting the car but I hope the rest of the process is smooth sailing
