Frank and Derrick do a fantastic job of providing excellent service. Theyve been there to deal with every concern Ive had since my five months of renting from his office. I like the service I receive great conversations took care of my needs. I had to do a rewrite in my contract I brung the vehicle from omaha Nebraska while my car is being repaired its been over a month and its still in shop I got a very great rate for my vehicle in omaha I kept the same vehicle after the rewrite however when I came to this location the rates werent as good and I know people can manually type the price they are allowed to do however in this situation I had to return the vehicle due to it being way unaffordable for me so now I am seeking other options while my vehicle is still being prepared I dont think I will be returning to this location again due too the huge inconvenience this has caused

From the reservation to actually picking up and dropping off the rental the experience was flawless. I was in and out in a few minutes which helps in a world where we are all very busy.
