They gave me a car with no gas. An employee came with me to the gas station to fill up, but the company card was declined, and I was left all alone at the sketchiest gas station in Houston where I would have NEVER used my card, having to fill up myself, swatting away panhandlers. Oh, and the engine light went off a few days later because the oil needed a change. What if I had been driving cross country?! Oh, and when my husband complained, they were defensive and lied ("she said she WANTED the car with no gas"). And that's just a few of the weird stuff that happened. This place is shady, lies, and rents out broken cars.
*The reply below is a laugh. Tried so hard to get help at the time and filled out the customer satisfaction questionnaire they emailed me after my experience a few months ago. Crickets. That comment is purely for show.
