I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! I'M THRILLED WITHTHE HELP THAT WAS GIVEN! I took a ring in for repairs. The first place I checked was going to charge $450 with a 6 month warranty. $375 with no warranty of service. When I cane to Kays the service would have been $215, but I was rold to check for a warranty, which I had bought over twenty years ago! Keys is an awesome company and fixed my wife's ring to look brand new for just the cost of one diamond that was missing!! Best decision EVER to purchase from Kays. My mom, brother, and son have all had fantastic experiences with KAYS! Thank You!! Will Moses

Sarah was absolutely amazing. I went to get my inspection and cleaning done last week on some of my jewelry and was looking rings while waiting. I found one I really loved. I tried it on and told her I would think about it. She called us today to let us know the ring I really liked was on sale thru tomorrow. We decided to go look again and ended up buying it. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted not what would make her the most money!! Thank you so much Sarah. You will be our go to every time. Cant wait to get it back from being resized.
