        I ordered a pick up online a few days before Christmas and of course as expected when arriving there was a bit of a wait which is understandable. My niece made an additional purchase and our sales person was awesome. My only problem and suggestion is with the actual companys system. I noticed when the sales person was looking for my order she had to go through several- one at a time and this is on the companies IT/ web orders problem but unfortunately it goes against the stores and sales person customer service. So I give a 5 star to the customer service team and a 2 to the company overall.
