        The employees were nice. They were just not very informed about their warranties. We chose the best warranties (at an additional cost) when we purchased the jewelry. The staff wanted to argue that there is no such warranties. They found out that they were wrong. We are not sure why they supposedly upgraded their system electronically years ago. Once it was upgraded, everything was supposed to be managed on the computer system (inspections, repairs, photos, ect.). They still require me to bring in my paperwork and document it on the paperwork. Time to start training their staff better.
