Hotel Indigo Frisco, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was very clean. The room was great, but the regular room does not have a mini fridge, and was a little small. The staff was fantastic. They took care of everything that we asked about. The location is near the toll road, so if you dont mind tolls, it is a good location. We were viewing the eclipse in McKinney, so the location was good for us. They have a menu for breakfast, but it was a lttle pricey so we ate breakfast elsewhere. Overall it was a very good experience. The wifi was slow, but is fine for web browsing

I visited the bar this week and received amazing customer service by the Bartender named Lazaro! He was very fun and energetic and truly uplifted us by his kindness! Ive been to so many restaurants and never experienced such great customer service! He also made me and my husband a drink called old fashioned and WOW was it ever amazing! Highly recommend to check out the bar and ask for Lazaro! Will be back again just for him with our friends this time for our next special occasion 100/10

I was from 8 to 1 in the morning and I have had the best drinks of my life, super balanced and with the perfect point Food & drinks: Like a tuna that I recommend is the best tuna too special and a luxury bartender

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We got into our first room and realized there was a large crack in the shower pan. The manager was quick to relocate us to a new room, where we had a lovely view of the nearby park. Roberto, the head of food and beverage and operations, worked the bar on Friday night to fill in for the regular bartender. I appreciated his willingness to step in when one of his reports had a family issue to attend to. He did a great job taking care of us and was enthusiastic in all he did. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining options, and since it's back from the main road, it's very quiet. If there was one downside, the pool isn't heated. The days we were there were quite warm, but the pool was still too cold to enjoy.
