The hotel overall was great. My experience in the restaurant was totally different. They seemed to be understaffed. Big groups were helped and taken care of before one or two person groups. I continually had to ask for refills. The section Manger dropped the check off quickly, but it took 20 minutes to settle my tab. Rooms: The rooms were nice and well maintained Food & drinks: Food was good. Service sucked in the restaurant. Room service was on point!

The room was nicely decorated. There was a problem with the bathroom shower, but when we told them about it they sent a repairman right away. All around an enjoyable stay. Rooms: The higher priced rooms always have more amenities, that is not right. I do like the fact that they are pet friendly, since we do travel with our dog. The only thing they should changed is the bathtub in the Handicap rooms for senior citizens. The bathtub is for people with no disabilities. That is something that really needs to be addressed. The hotel staff was great. Safety: We walked the grounds at night to walk our dog and felt very much at ease. There is plenty of light around the property. Food & drinks: There was always plenty to eat from the breakfast to snacks to dinner. A good variety for every diet.

The best hotel ever! The rooms are clean and the hotel smells great when you walk in! We were greeted very nicely by the staff! The ambiance outside is great for those wanting to take an evening walk. The breakfast was fantastic! Not your usual continental breakfast, this was high class. It was a buffet but you also had a personal waiter for your table. Very nice and calm breakfast area! My daughter has been talking about it since we left and we plan to make a trip back to the hotel very soon! Location is also great if you plan to go to Grandscape or anything in The Colony! Rooms: Clean and accommodating for a family of six. We had adjoining rooms and it was perfect! We overlook the beautiful pool! Nearby activities: Grandscape is extremely close! There are also many restaurants and family friendly places within a 10-20 minute drive! Safety: The area is very secluded and nice. We felt very safe even arriving back to the hotel pretty late. Walkability: Beautiful property to walk especially in the evenings. Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing! Definitely worth getting up for!
