Our reservation was messed up. Probably my fault. Desk clerk fixed it for us and made it all better. We've stayed here for a few years while visiting the Dallas area and have always had a friendly greeting and service.

Just called to inquire about Extended Stay rooms with kitchens in. I am hard of hearing and when I asked the lady (who did not introduce herself) if they had rooms with full kitchens inside. I have a CaptionCall phone that did not capture her response but I believe she said they did. She immediately hung up on me when I asked what type of rooms like that they had. RUDE! This call did not drop because there was a pause and the unmistakable sound of a phone being hung up. I was hung up on! To the lady who answered the phone, bless your heart. Must be so easy to hang up on someone who needed help with a clear conscience.

Great staff. Super helpful and very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and well stocked.
Food & drinks: Good breakfast. Lots of people were in the breakfast area and the staff kept replenishing the food as needed.
