Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco

My stay at the Hampton Inn was nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The pool looked so inviting and peaceful. Sadly, I could have only taken a picture of it. It was too windy and chilly to dive in .

If youre looking for something to get away its overall a good hotel and good area to be in. The employees before check in are professional and very understanding. However as I sit here right now waiting for the breakfast; I am so upset and this is so unprofessional. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 am (as posted on the sign), the front desk employee states that sometimes they come in on the weekends and sometimes they dont whether it be on time or not. The towels were still dirty like it was hot sauce still on them and the bathroom had a little water damage. The most annoying part was the tissue roll holder wasnt balanced that the tissue kept falling off. The stay may have been overall okay but it was the little things that werent good.

I stayed here while I was training and the staff was very helpful. My trainer went thru CLC to book the reservation... Unfortunately the last few weekends were completely booked. Rooms: Very clean Nearby activities: Mall and stake house within walking distance Walkability: Surrounded by a lot of shopping and restaurants Noteworthy details: Awesome staff

This hotel was a lifesaver! They were SO KIND and friendly. The hotel was amazing and the staff was spectacular! I highly recommend staying here and we will stay again!
