AC Hotel by Marriott Dallas Frisco

After I found myself stranded at 11pm after the hotel I originally booked into had no clean rooms available, the AC Hotel really stepped up. Got me a clean, comfortable room for a slightly better price than the hotel down the street that couldn't fulfill it's reservations due to cleaning issues. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Payor park on the street was the instructions. Very tacky for such an upscale hotel, I thought. Walkability: Walking to my car parked on The street at night was not very safe.

Really love this hotel. From the min you walk in. The staff is amazing. Its modern. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Ill be back for sure. Ive enjoyed the Starbucks and the lobby bar for food and beverages.

First time checking into this hotel. Very poor front desk attitude - not customer friendly. Booked my room through Bonvoy App and forgot to apply my corporate discount. I kindly asked if they could do that at the front desk for me. They first just said no - you have to do it yourself. No real solutions. Then the manager appeared and began to give me reasons why she couldnt do it, as opposed to here is what I can do. I guess being Silver Elite and having my company have people here all of the time doesnt count for much anymore. Ill be asking my employees, contractors and consultants to stay somewhere else. Disappointing. Marriott should consider training their people on customer service with a smile as opposed to arguing about why they cant do a simple task. They used to be good.
