I really liked this hotel. I literally have no complaints. Rooms are modern and well put together. Staff is good. Good location near Ford Arena. If there is one thing I would improve is the food options and drinks at bar were okay anf not great. But nothing warrants less than 5 stars

The hotel itself was lovely, rooms were clean and location was walking distance for all the activities we had planned. The customer service is horrible. I was charged for room service that I never received and I have been trying for 3 weeks to speak with someone who can actually help me in getting a refund for the charge. Also when we checked in the staff although nice had no idea what was going on and we had to wait several hours for a room. I would not recommend this hotel if youre looking for a smooth stay.

This location is beautiful from the outside, the lobby is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious but thats where the best features end. I stayed here for 12 nights on a business trip and I was beyond thrilled when check out time arrived. For the entire stay, I had no hot water, not even a little steam on the bathroom mirror. Several of my colleagues switched rooms multiple times to try and get hot water but to no success. On the 10th day all rooms received notices saying the water would be shut off for four hours to fix the boiler but it actually made the water colder. When checking in, I was told my room would be cleaned every three days which was fine but I feel like I had to put in many service requests between times for towels and such but when I did request something it was brought up in a timely manner. The pool is very small, not heated, and it serves as the pool for the Residence Inn, AC, and Canopy, definitely not big enough for even one hotel much less three. There is not a hot tub which is a let down. The breakfast was underwhelming, it was the same cold eggs, sausage, and potatoes every morning. Two out of the 12 days there were fruit cups and that was definitely the highlight of the breakfast buffet. The staff at the front desk were hit and miss which their level of service, some were super friendly and helpful and others were borderline rude. I think this place could really be a great spot with a few upgrades and some pride in their service but I will not be staying here if I have to come to Frisco again.
