Choose from spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans featuring nine-foot or vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, custom maple cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, brushed nickel fixtures and stainless steel appliances. Select homes include island kitchens, built-in desks, built-in wine racks, separate showers and wraparound balconies, and some plans even include a built-in desk. Our 5,500 square foot modern clubhouse features contemporary decor, a great place to come relax or to entertain and includes a community workspace with conference room, gaming lounge and separate billiards room. You can work up a sweat in our state-of-the-art fitness center or relax in our resort-style pool area with fountains, spa, sundeck and outdoor kitchen. Our pet friendly community also includes a serene pond, bark park and picnic areas. From his warm demeanor to his meticulous attention to detail, Jarvis went above and beyond to ensure the issue with my dryer was resolved. Jarvis had it back up and running in no time, thanks to his expertise and dedication. I can't thank Jarvis enough for his stellar service, and I hope every interaction I have with the maintenance team is like this.

      image Let me start by saying I am not a resident however I was visiting a resident and there was an issue that maintenance needed to handle. The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained but I wanted to highlight maintenance staff, Jarvis Cheney. He not only solved the issue quickly, he was the most professional and FRIENDLY individual I have ever dealt with as far as apartment staff goes. That is even speaking on the maintenance staff at my personal complex. I cannot say enough kind words about him. He is truly a GEM and the Panther Creek location is lucky to have him.

Is definitely the small details that count for us, starting when we moved in with a housewarming package and personalized welcome letter. Throughout the time we have had the best experience with leasing and living in a complex so far.
