The apartment is beautiful... but if you work from home DO NOT MOVE HERE! the internet is terrible I lose connections like clockwork.. Rent is too expensive to have bad internet service. If i could get my own internet provider, I would give 5 stars.

awful apartment complex that is infested with cockroaches. The internet doesn't work for anyone here either so its basically like living in a 3rd world country. whatever you do avoid this shady apartment complex

The internet, Single Digits, is horrible. My business suffered due to this but the girl at the front office showed no concern whatsoever. The inside hallways smelled and were dirty. I lived on the first floor and there were cockroaches and spiders. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least and I would not recommend Kilby to anyone.

I lived at the Kilby from June 2021-July 2022. Overall, the apartment complex is nice, the lobby and pool are great for lounging and studying, and all appliances were in great condition. My issue began with my move-out. After having my apartment cleaned and vacating with pictures showing it in its clean state (free of stains, scuffs, or damages), I received a move-out charge of almost $500 for items that dont match the state of the apartment as I left it. Throughout my stay at the Kilby, contacting the office was difficult. However, I have tried calling multiple times, sent emails, anything to find out how these charges ended up being applied. I have talked to several people, all who informed me management would reach out (they still have not a month later). In addition, the entire surrounding area is under construction, the parking lot is incredibly narrow, and multiple management changes diminish the apartment stay itself. This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately fell short in meeting expectations. There are many new luxury apartments in the Frisco area- all with the amenities of the Kilby. I would recommend checking those out before signing here.
