Amanda here!!! :) Oh my god! Where to begin with THIS AMAZING PROPERTY & TEAM?!?! Ya'll have been AH-MAZING in everything! Everyone's been always friendly, maintenance has been amazing & friendly in showing us how to take out the coiled stove burners so we can clean underneath & helped my MIL fix her "toilet issue" to say the least, the cleanliness of the hallways and apartments are top notch (including no roaches!!!!)! The amenities are nice. I'm not really a gym user since I currently get my steps in from work, but OH MY GOODNESS! I LOVE THE POOLS! Our view is the BEAUTIFUL LOUNGE POOL that I'm currently viewing as I'm raving about this property! Our rent is SO REASONABLE (for these unprecedented times) for a 2 bed & 2 bath 1150+ sq. ft. apartment ($2K a month, thank you!) with a washer and dryer they just installed and no one has ever used (yay!)! The fixtures are beautiful! Love the layout and the island in the kitchen! We moved in on January 31st and Bethani & the management team has been SO AMAZING in making us feel comfortable putting each of our names on the lease and never made us feel like they "couldn't discuss things with me" despite my husband being the only one with the better credit. I still am learning all the names of our leasing team, but shoutout to them for being so friendly and giving a welcoming atmosphere when we enter the office! Bethani has been so great tirelessly working with us from the time we walked in the doors like 10 minutes before close on Saturday (I think?) to seeing the property again during the day to trying to get renter's insurance and everything in between! The parking garage is a plus, as well as the little lounge area behind the leasing office with the wifi, trash chute, the friendly residents, and the location. I keep needing to explore the "cave?" I work 40+ hours, so I haven't done it, yet. BUT we are pleased with our decision to take a leap of faith of moving into this property and living in Frisco, Texas! So all in all, 30 days about in to call home, and so far so good! Thankful, my loving husband found this gem in such a short time! P.S. I hear people "complaining" about the thinness of the "walls", but I feel like that's everywhere. Apartment complexes don't usually have thick walls, at least not in my experience, but everyone's really quiet. The only thing I hear is when the water is being flushed or when people are sliding things on the floor which doesn't really bother me nor my husband or MIL. So far no "weird sex noises from the neighbors above" (FRIENDS reference just in case ya'll don't get that) so all in all, I'm pretty content with my husband's finding and our decision to call this place home as I'm sure he is as well.

Updating as most of the reviews on here are from residents who either just signed their lease or were simply apartment shopping. As they encourage and offer incentives to those who review. This place is, mostly, wonderful. The ladies in the office are all fantastic. The property manager, Kimmi, is friendly and special shout out to Bethani, the assistant property manager. Bethani went above and beyond to help me get set up with my move-in. Maybe have some hesitation but in a world where customer service is a dying art and we rarely get value for our money spent anymore in this economy, this place does stand above their competition. Come check the complex out, today! Ive been living here now for over a year. Notable mentions thus far I hope you like cold showersThe water heater for a 1 bedroom apartment is 50 gallons which means youll typically get about 35 gallons of hot water. This equates to about a 4 minute shower until the water is near room temperature. Dont let the garden tub fool you. You will definitely not have enough hot water for a bath. However the maintenance team was forthcoming with this information and are amazing. Theyre prompt and always friendly. You can tell they like working here. Kimmi, property manager, and Bethani, assistant property manager, do their personal best. However, they do not handle challenging situations well so prepared to either be ignored or dismissed. This pertains to discussions around rent, neighbors, etc. Walls are thin. Be prepared to sing and dance along to your neighbors music Hope you enjoy a daily block party! if youre looking for peace and quiet, you will NOT find serenity here. Also, not a great place if you work from home. If you live in an apartment facing either of the two pools, plan to memorize the playlist of songs that runs on repeat everyday from 10a-8pm outside your apartment. The playlist never changes and the music is loud and disturbing. Another con if you work from home. With all the surrounding lights both on the streets and on the property be prepared to sleep with either an eye mask on every night or to buy and install black out curtains. First floor apartment windows do NOT open. Yes, you read that right - none of them. If you have an exterior facing apartment, you can get out of your apartment through the patio. If you have an interior apartment, the only way outdoors into the courtyard is through your patio door and over the railing.
