I took my daughter on April 2021she was diagnosed with periodontal disease they were suppose to refer me to a specialist which they never did. I called 3 months later all they did is send me the referral and said "You have to find the specialist your self." So I pay, my insurance pays and I still do their work? I called today because my daughter is in pain and lady that spoke to me had no idea what I was talking about as this office is now an orthodontics office, it transition on May really never knew because they never told me. The lady today was nice but didn't have much information. For the price you charge Mint your customer service to your patients sucks.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I was referenced to this location from the Mint on Horne St for Invisalign. Very well organized dentistry 😊

I had a very enjoyable experience visiting this office. I came in for a braces consultation. When I walked in, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to see me for my appointment. My personal schedule is pretty busy, so I was pleased to see how they respected my time as a patient. I saw the Orthodontist (Dr. Oliver). She was so kind and thorough with explaining my options for braces and how long it would take. Her chair side manners were very gentle and professional. I left the office feeling well-informed. If I decide to have treatment, I will feel very comfortable with Dr. Oliver.

I will NEVER use Mint Denistry ever again!!! My first consult was on Friday, July 16, 2021. I saw Dr. Oliver. Though she was pleasant, she was not thorough with me. We discussed braces and she suggested Invisalign. I didn’t want Invisalign! I had already explained to her that I had two other consults and they suggested wire braces. She agreed. So I set the appointment for today 7/23 for braces. On Tuesday I received a reminder call for the following Friday. While on the phone with the young lady, she’s starts telling me that Dr. Oliver wants to do Invisalign and how cheap it was and that it’s the best way to go. I said no that’s not what we discussed. Then she proceeds to tell me that if I go with wire braces that I couldn’t file a malpractice suit. I couldn’t believe what I just heard come out of her mouth! She was arguing with me! So she set me up for another consult with Dr. Oliver. Needless to say, I walked out this morning and will never be back again!!!!!
