Absolutely avoid. The dentist and office are a complete scam. Went in for a routine teeth cleaning and was billed $200 AFTER INSURANCE PAID. The doctor spent maybe 2 minutes total looked at each of my teeth with a tool and called that the “teeth cleaning”

I went in over 2 years ago, the first time I went in I felt every pain of my root canal, I came back maybe 2 weeks after she said she got the infection out. My tooth is now black and rotting because the problem was not solved. Now it is on my credit, that I will not be paying because the problem was not resolved.

Upselling. Like a few other reviewers, I was shocked when I received my bill. I went in few a cleaning. The tech asked if she could do various things, and I thought she was just being polite and letting me know what she was preparing to do before doing it. I was unaware that each thing would be a separate charge. When I left, I was a little shocked to be charged over $300. No big deal I thought, once my insurance takes care of their end, I’ll be refunded most if not all. I was wrong. That $300 I paid was AFTER they billed my insurance over $1000 for things I didn’t even realize I was being charged for. My advice, other than going elsewhere, is to ask them everything they plan on billing you for before they do any work on you and repeatedly during the procedure. If they politely ask “Do you mind if I inspect your gums?”, that really means they poke around for 30 seconds then add another charge of your bill.

Dr. Paulus is kind and fast. I was in the office a total of 45 minutes and I had a cleaning, exam, bite wing x-rays and she fixed 2 sealants for free. My teeth feel great and I never worry she's gonna try to sell me something I don't need.
