We do greatly appreciate this bank for their continued community support of our local elementary school. Their donation has supplied a snow cone machine that has given all 700 students snow cones many times over and will continue to for years to come!

First of all, this has nothing to do with the very kind and curtious tellers. The bank itself is heartless. God ferbid you have a set back in your life and if you do Steve, the branch manager will be there to kick you when you're down. $29 per overdraft fee can snowball into over $200 in one month quickly if unforseen problems arise. (And don't ask for a print out to help you assess your situation because that's another $5 each) When on a fixed income this can be devastating. So you swallow your pride and ask for a little assistance. When I stated these fee's would set me back even further and leave me pennyless for the month. I was immediately told there was nothing he could do for me. I've been a customer for over ten years.

I get one star not for the bank , one star here again for the customer service. The lady her name is (Martina.,) she is really bad customer service. I dont know how long she worked there but she better know, how much for a customer withdraw from ATM? She cannot answer. I ask you a question. I cant believe about what she walked in the bank machine not know., oh well Martina
