      image I just need to share the miserable experience I just had at this branch. The employee and his manager were rude and asked for things to open an account that we've never been asked for before by any other bank. We were told that a virtual office is not acceptable to open an account despite it being a legitimate address registered with the IRS. Don't waste your time with these buffoons.

      image Had to cal the store five times to get the phone picked up and was instantly hung up on when they finally did. For a job that's so easy the employees sure are lazy.

      image Horrible customer service. We tried to notarize a document and the cashier refused to help. Another gentleman was even able to help but she kept saying no. They are never willing to help. This cashier is so unprepared to deal with the public.
