My experience with this office was great! I walked in right before their closing time, asked for a quote on a rental and when it showed cheaper through the app, Brittany suggested I book through it instead. She allowed a few minutes to go by and when she received the reservation, she gladly helped me get my rental. When I returned the rental, I needed a ride back to my vehicle and Brittany set that up. The area manager(can't remember her name), was the one who drove me back to my vehicle. Like Brittany, she was also very friendly and nice. I will definitely make this my car rental spot in the future if needed. Thank you for the help y'all!

I used to work for Enterprise in Florida at a large location, so I know how hectic and busy some days can be. However, I came on a Sunday afternoon and was the only person renting a car at that time. After calling ahead that morning and confirming my reservation, I arrived at the branch and still had to wait about 35-45 minutes to get into a vehicle. There were no clean vehicles prepared for my reservation and not even another option for me to choose that was ready and available at that time. After waiting for a while, one of the girls offered me a free upgrade, which was fitting.
Upon pickup (and after calling ahead!!) I waited nearly 25 minutes for a ride home and the driver was driving at least 10 miles under the speed limit the entire time. I did not feel safe and I did not have a pleasant rental experience. The customer service was good but the organization and preparation was terrible. Will likely pick a different location in the future.
