Well-managed branch with knowledgeable and helpful staff - complete opposite of Downtown Dallas location. One of the hardest working security guards too - he helps make sure the reserved spaces are only used by chase customers.

My wife and I left our appointment with Rafael this morning feeling cared for and confident. We asked more questions than what we additionall came in with and Rafael was professional, patient, and knowledgeable at answering questions and directing us with next steps. My husband and I have been to this location 3 times to open an account and every time either the system is down or they dont have a banker to open an account. Today we went in with having an appointment book from 2 weeks ago (that we were there and they couldnt open the account), and the lady at the register says the banker we were supposed to meet was not in today and they dont have anyone else, and thats it. Not even trying to apologize or book us with the other banker. Not going back to chase any more!
