        I specifically told the cashier to automatically withdrawal $1,250 3 or 4 months ago and come to find out today in August they have only been withdrawing the minimum payment since April. Not professional.

        The transition from BB&t to Truist was messy and The first banker we worked with was terrible and went bye bye. Then Amy stepped in as our banker and shes AMAZING. She can explain things to us that we previously didnt understand and is very patient. Shes hands down our favorite banker we have ever worked with.

        How does a bank stay in business like this.I tried to cash a check from one of my customer's at 4pm for 915.00. The manager or anger she called her said she didn't have that much on hand. Stear clea rof trust. Customer service is not there.
