    No help from the leasing office. Got bit by another residents dog and they have no way to identify who it is. Have done nothing to help after the same dog has bit both me and my dog. Dog poop all over hallways and elevators, but worst of all stairs. I have personally seen three rats in as many weeks and Im over it.

    Edit 3/14/24: Raising the rating to a 3 cause I see the management making efforts. By no means is this a luxury building, but there's someone mopping the corridors regularly. Elevators now work for the most part. The building has hired security that has been successful in keeping the building safe. The garage doors still don't work as of today. The door to the mail room is also broken so it gets locked once the staff leaves for the night. Gym is functional, but not the best. Residents probably need to use the trash chute and not just the trash room, cause that's been attracting rats. It looks like apartments for new residents are cheap, which is a no brainer for the location, but for its current condition and the price of a single bedroom touching or crossing 1600, you should be able to find something better. Fire alarms once every few weeks is still a thing. Maintenance requests are answered quickly, but If they can't resolve it immediately, you won't hear from them again. The building is getting better for sure. Not there yet, but hopefully soon. Edit 1/5/2024: building is in worse condition than ever before. Over 80 apartments are actively available for immediate move in cause residents are moving out every week. Stairwells have multiple signs of homeless lightning fires and plenty of actual feces. The stairs also smell bad. Garage doors haven't worked in ages. Anyone can walk/drive in at any time day or night. It's a surprise if even one of 3 elevators are working at any single time. Most of the "luxury" amenities listed on the website are non-existent or broken. Call boxes don't work. Dumbbells in the gym could dismantle in your hands. Service requests are left pending for months. The Front desk is unresponsive to emails. Fire alarms go off every once in a while, rarely because of an actual fire. The recent good reviews seem false. If you're ever in this building looking for an apartment, walk around the floors, stairwells, elevators, and the garage to see the conditions for yourself. They've been this way for months and months now ORIGINAL REVIEW 1. The front desk/office staff is lovely and quick to solve problems, but some issues might need you to visit with them a few times. 2. Doors to the garage haven't worked in months and wouldn't anytime soon either. Same with the gym equipment. So no idea what exactly we are paying for under "amenities". 3. The only Service Elevator, the one you need to actually get your furniture in and out of your apartment, has been out of service for months. Residents have started pushing their luck by driving a U-Haul into the parking garage. Matter of time one of them gets stuck or breaks a pipe or something.
