    Ill first off start by saying DO NOT MOVE HERE! PLSSSS! As a current resident, this is your warning, do not waste your time & money like I am. I wish I could give this place a negative start rating. From day 2, I knew we were gonna have struggles & issues here. 4 months in, the issues just does not stop. I love my apartment itself. The layout is exactly what I needed for my little family. BUT as an overall apartment complex, they are HORRIBLE. They make you fill out the form & do a walk thru. Write everything down that is wrong in the apartment so they can be fixed, has it been fixed? NOPE! I honestly do not know why I didnt not read the reviews of this place. Its embarrassing living here. Im pretty much throwing my money in the trash, literally. Management is horrible. The staff is not helpful AT ALL. They clearly dont know the rules. Im days into not having water & Eduardo was the agent I placed my initial concern with & stated he will let the emergency maintenance know to take care of it right away. Here I am, 4 days later with no water. I called the office & spoke to Rosa the manager & the first thing she wants to do is point fingers and say well I dont see that a work order was created. Explained to her that no one who I spoke with the last 3 days told me I needed to do so. Ive called everyday for an update & both guys I talked too never made me aware that I needed to place an order for something that is an immediate concern for. Lazy apartments. Management doesnt take accountability for anything. The buildings look like trash. Dog poop everywhere. Trash everywhere. Stray cats. Runny, moldy water everywhere. Loose cords. Pool disgusting/dirty & closed for the summer? I have 3 kids who were excited to be in the pool this summer. I would never agree to moving here if I knew it was going to be closed. Youre charging me amenity fees when I CANT EVEN USE THEM???? Again, lack of communication to new residents. Gates that dont close so dont consider this place as a secured living. Mail trash overflowing. Tree shrubs sticking out. Dead bushes. Ridiculous. This place either needs to gain a new buyer or get staff that actually care about the people who consider this place their HOME & the place they work at. If I could afford to break this lease, I would do it in a heartbeat. This review will not be the only thing Im doing when it comes to these apartments. Just horrible. Tides of Trinty Owner dont even bother commenting the same copy & paste BS you give to everyone. No one wants to speak to management or call the office because your property & employees suck.

    I just moved in Friday 4/5. Roaches and ants everywhere. The baseboards look like they have had a flood or ate up by ants. The upkeep is horrible. On the outside of the front door and the patio are cigarette burns. The unit wasnt cleaned properly for a move in. They showed me one unit and moved me into a different unit. This cant be legal. I advise everyone to document everything and take them to court. The manager has a nasty attitude and upon looking at reviews she is what they are saying.

    I moved in back in January and upon move in had roaches all inside my apartment, the unit i moved into showed it was a unit next to the pool & when i moved in there was no pool but a dog park! not what was shown online. my unit was also not "move in ready" hot water lasted hot no longer then 5 minutes i submitted a request and a week later maintenance came told me i might need a new one because my water heater was about 12 yrs old so he was going to put in a request to the front. Never heard back called multiples times THEY NEVER ANSWER left vms,emails finally got a hold of someone and they told me they had ordered one and should come in soon did not give me a time frame just said soon, also failed to inform me i needed a new water heater and that one was going to be ordered for me. Called back a week later because i had not heard from them again couldnt get a hold of Somone until almost another 3 weeks! finally got a hold of someone and they told me they never received a request from me... so they had to reorder one. Amenities and valet trash was not being charged for the last three months due to a system error. Now all the tenants were hit with having to back pay for multiple monthly charges at once. I noticed that the pest control fee hadnt been added to my bill for the last three months. Not only do the trash people miss days on picking up trash for animals to come and dig through the trash and leave a mess they sent us an email that if the valet trash forget to come to msg them? I am paying for a service and I have to REMIND them to come pick up my trash? There is trash all over the apartments /pool area gym! And people dump there trash on the side, embarrassing to invite company due to the fact that it looks ghetto! Another thing both pools have signs that it wont be open until NEXT SPRING?!?!?!?!?!? ANOTHER AMENITY I am paying for and WONT get to use? And was never told of this! Super unprofessional of the staff to not communicate this with us! Its very frustrating that they have the time to reply to reviews but never answer the phones/ return calls or emails. I literally have called 20xs in a row and nobody picked up! They send emails throughout the day about shutting off water and dont forget to pay rent/ rent is due how about yall reply and do something about our request for paying tenants about how these apartments look! EDIT 4/9 i can assure you i am a current resident, i just wasn't going to out my personal information online. and i would not take my time to leave a negative review because i have nothing else better to do. and i have tried calling the office and again as i stated on my review nobody answers the phones or emails back. And your office hours are 10-6 where i work 8-5 45 minutes away. and in regards to my heater again yall are unaware of it, it got fixed again WEEKS later after i put in my maintenance request and had to call multiple times! and about the pool situation i was not informed that it was not going to be open this summer which is a HUGE take away from these apartments would have been nice to know BEFORE i signed my lease. no point in trying to "communicate" with yall because like these reviews say everyone in this office is rude/ and or does not care so i will just take an L until its time to renew my lease.

    This is the worst apartments to live in. Amenities and valet trash was not being charged for the last three months due to a system error. Now all the tenants were hit with having to back pay for multiple monthly charges at once. The didnt offer a payment plan or anything other than flex pay which charges you interest. Just yesterday I noticed that the pest control fee hadnt been added to my bill for the last three months also. When I went to the leasing office to ask if all of the tenants (myself included) will have to pay for that as well, Yesenia told me yes and said they are working to bill everyone. So that will be another surprise bill that the tenants will have to pay. Its property managements responsibility to ensure that the tenants invoice/ledgers are accurate. They dont take accountability for anything. A lot of the tenants hate it here, Ive spoke with many of them and every time I go to the office the tenants are upset. Maintenance is a joke, theres never paper towels or cleaning supplies in the gym, the pool is always disgusting, I could go on. Ill be putting my notice to vacate in today.
