Preston Bridge

Hi I've lived at PB 3 years now. I moved from a sister property where I lived 8 yrs bc I wanted a garage. I really like this complex. I have some really nice neighbors. It's quiet, quaint, and maintenance takes care of things quickly, which is super important. Since it's a smaller complex I think we get better customer service and help when needed unlike other complexes that have 100+ units. Location is great. It's s close to Addison, which has lots of restaurants and shops. There's been some hiccups with the gate not working, which led to some unfortunate trespassing but I think that issue is fixed. Our manager and maintenance guy are both A+. I recommend PB.

I love the fact that this community is not very large. Makes it feel more like home! Will definitely be recommending Preston bridge to everyone I know!! Robby in the leasing office was very helpful and professional! Made applying here an easy decision!

The gentleman in the front office is so nice and helpful!!!! I wasnt able to view the apartments but he pointed me to their sister apartments. Ive been apartment hunting all week this is the best customer service Ive had!

The apartments are nice and the price is decent but within the last year a growing homeless encampment has become a serious problem and safety issue. They even broke the hot tub multiple times (currently broke) by tapping into the gas line under the bridge that connects to the hot tub and almost blowing up the complex multiple times. I assume maintenance just cut the line off for now, we will see if it gets fixed by the summer or not. This was due to the homeless "cooking" under the bridge. The homeless also cut the chains off both gates so now they have full access to the apartments behind the gate (the entrance gate is broken over 50% of the time and wide open). They even broke into the amazon mail boxes or attempted to. There are soo many elderly and women that live here, now they do not feel safe checking the mailbox because there is nothing be done to make sure these people can't get into the complex. I have a heart for those who are in such a terrible situation but when it's at the expense of causing harm, stealing and possible safety risks this does need to be handled. Currently, it is NOT safe here especially at night for women to walk alone. Do it at your own risk and caution. I seen 2-3 adult men coming and going from the homeless encampment. There used to be 1-2 people MAX living under the bridge. If management sees this review, PLEASE fix this!
