Terrible manager my apartment was infested with mold which caused me to be hospitized and currently under 3 different types of antibiotics .me and my family are condemned to only be in the master bedroom and icing room because that's the only safe place without mold or be able to breath without headaches and nose bleeds to to the molded air vents

This property is now under new ownership and things are starting to get better. I moved in two weeks ago and love my apartments. Neighbors are very friendly.

Loud neighbors, kids running around after 8pm without parents around. This place just nasty, I never see so many roaches before until I moved here! Some thugs on drugs in the complex smh. Security guards do not do their jobs, seem like this place get new Management every 6 months smdh. There is no wash room to wash clothes either just inconvinent as hell, who want to go to a ghetto laundry mat every other week ?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FILLING OUT A APPLICATION TO MOVE UP IN HERE! If I was you I would move further north of Dallas, the hood isn't worth the cheap rent. These apartments not even worth it at all. I moved out THANK GOD!

I would not want anyone to live here the management do not do their job right mice everywhere stove top dosent work mice holes everywhere and told me to fill the mice holes no maintenance man was suppose go sign a new lease in October still have not them when I want to move they say we put you in month to month plz don't move here
