Stella Apartments

Been living here for 1 year. great experience and nice staff. Yes, it is true that there was elevator trouble in the past, but it was manageable. There are 3 elevators on the property and there was never a time when all 3 were broken. I lived on the 5th floor and always got to my apartment. Walls are thick. barley heard neighbors. Rooftop is really nice and usually empty. Don't know why more people didn't use it. Sadly I got laid and cant afford it so I'm leaving.

I loved my apartment while I was there and was very sad to leave, but between a significant rent increase for renewal after the first year and variety of frustrating situations (car parts stolen, call box never working, packages being stolen, no secure package lockers, car being towed incorrectly, elevators being out of order more often than you'd expect, rooftop being reserved on holidays that you'd expect to be "blackout dates" for reserving), I chose to move. While there were certain aspects that I liked a lot, such as prompt maintenance, newer apartment layouts, the rooftop/view, good customer service interactions, and location, the previously mentioned issues seemed to be (kindly) brushed off as "there's nothing we can do," "we are not liable for that," or "we are looking into it" without much resolution other than sympathy. All that said, while I wouldn't necessarily discourage anyone from living here, I would just say that I hope that you can afford current/future rent prices for a luxury apartment complex that doesn't always provide the best luxury apartment complex benefits/assurances.

Love the location. Amber is great and she always helps me when I have issue which makes me feel safe & comfortable to live in this community. Thank you Amber!

Stella is an amazing place to live! I love being right in State Thomas. The building is nice and clean. Amber in the leasing office has been extremely helpful with anything I may need help with. I have had no issues living here whatsoever and been here for the past 6 months. I highly recommend living here to anyone.
